Music to support health and wellbeing.
Moor to Sea works alongside partners, helping people live connected lives through Music.
Musical respite can often reduce feelings of isolation and disconnection. Music can support our health and wellbeing in unique ways. We work through Music as early help for people seeking support. Music provides a way to enhance communication and develop a sense of connection to others which doesn’t depend on talking. We provide a direct invitation and opportunity for groups to make music together. We work alongside individuals to explore shared experiences through music.
