A celebration of young people and their music, with band workshops, sensory inclusive workshops, performance opportunities, listening opportunities and a chance to showcase work with an open mic session from 5pm.

The schedule for the day has been organised to consider different needs at different times and spaces so that it is a really inclusive event. Workshops will be relaxed, responsive and numbers will be kept small.

There is no charge for this event but we do need people to sign up so that we can monitor numbers and best support access for all. Click the button below to make a donation via our Eventbrite page:

Relaxed sensory performance.

Come and listen to a live, musical performance from our team of musicians and bring your families! Together we will then explore and create together, following any routes you are interested in exploring.
There will be lots of different musical instruments on offer including music tech and plenty of ways to get involved that work for you.

At the end of the workshop, there will be an opportunity to share how we have grown our musical ideas together if that is of interest to you!

also 2.30pm:

Arrival for next workshops – Workshops on requested themes including Kit Drumming, Bass and Guitar techniques (all levels), Songwriting, Music Tech, Vocals, all run by our team of apprentice music facilitators. Includes an optional performance opportunity. Learn the skills you want, collaborate with other young people, build a band, sit back and listen.
